Premium Branded Packaging

Every garment is tissue-wrapped, placed on a folding board (where applicable), and packed in branded poly mailers or custom boxes. Garment Quality Control

Every garment is visually inspected at inbound for staining, loose threads, missing buttons, broken zippers, and incorrect labeling. Defective items are photographed, quarantined, and reported to your Logistics Architect before they enter saleable inventory.

Pickers scan the bin location barcode and the item barcode at pick — the system verifies the match before allowing the item into the packing station. If the scanned item doesn't match the order, the system blocks the pick and alerts the picker. Our current size-color accuracy rate is 99.4%.
